Thus, you will not go back to sleep like what you usually do. The alarm will keep ringing if you cannot solve the puzzle. This feature makes Puzzle Alarm Clock different from all those apps. 4. Life Time Alarm Clock
This is another funny alarm clock and can offer you features that other similar app cannot offer. The users are able to set different styles of rings to wake yourself up. For example, you can select the tones among the 80's alarm clock, heavy metal, police siren, air horn and so on. What's more, you can also set the volume from Low, 2-8 and Full. Besides, you can also set the gradual fade-in function.
5. Alarmy
As you can see the 'army' from the name, you may guess the designing theory of this app. Actually the advertisement of the app is 'Sleep if you can' and 'You're going to hate how awesome this alarm works.' Here is how it works. You take a picture of something like your computer or bathroom. Then you need to take a same picture when you want to turn off or dismiss the alarm every morning. So I guess few people will go back to sleep after he or she takes the photo of the bathroom. The app is free but if you want to get rid of the ads and enjoy the full version, you have to pay for $1.71.

Clocky Version 1.1 was released today. The biggest change is that it is no longer to be named Clocky. Due to a trademark issue, Clocky has become Clocks.
Clocks is one of our favorite apps here at MacTrast. It’s an app we use on a regular basis to check world times and to determine when is the best time to post content on our site and to our Twitter account. For example, right now it’s 2PM in Cork, Ireland, where I’m based but it’s 6AM in San Francisco – the US west coast is a one of our more popular regions so I might consider posting this post to Twitter later today at 6PM my time, 10AM Western time, to get maximum exposure for this post.
Clocks also helps break down the barriers of confusion when a friend in the US says they will Skype me at 6PM their time. I simply add their city to Clocks and I can work out what time to be at my Mac to receive their Skype call.
Not only is Clocks a great app functionality wise but it also has a great design that follows OS X design principles. Clocks is the world clock that Apple forgot to add to OS X. I would be lost without Clocks. And for only $1.99, the price is perfect.
Clocks is developed by StudioDalton.
